Lijie specializes in the R&D and manufacture of the full transformer family, with voltage classes reaching up to 750 kV — placing us among China's leading mid-to-large transformer manufacturers.

Our core product range covers:

EHV & UHV power transformers at 750 kV, 500 kV, 400 kV, 220 kV, and 110 kV
Distribution transformers at 35 kV and below — dry-type, oil-immersed, and amorphous-alloy
New-energy transformers, pre-assembled substations, vehicle-mounted mobile substations, and PV inverter-skid units

Lijie's product lines now cover more than 95% of all transformer types in the market. Every core and winding is manufactured in-house — including enameled wire, oil tanks, cooling fins, and insulation materials.

Delivery Capability

Our delivery lead times rank at the forefront of the industry:

10–35 kV oil-immersed transformers: 15-day delivery
110–220 kV power transformers: 30–60-day delivery
330–500 kV power transformers: 90–120-day delivery

Production Workshops

Core Workshop: 30 sets of cross & longitudinal shear equipment and 5 automatic stacking machines, with daily core output exceeding 100 tons.
Main Transformer Workshop: 30 sets of winding equipment and 3 sets of coal-oil-gas phase drying equipment; one 220 kV-class power transformer can be produced every 3 days.
Distribution Transformer Workshop: 95 sets of high- and low-voltage winding equipment, using vacuum oil-impregnation processes, with daily output of 100 units.
Dry-Type Transformer Workshop: 55 sets of high- and low-voltage winding equipment and 5 casting machines, with daily output of 50 units.
Sheet-Metal Workshop: intelligent fully-automatic blanking lines and robotic welding systems.
500 kV Workshop: a cleanroom-grade UHV facility, equipped with 300-ton-capacity overhead cranes, 400-ton-capacity air-cushion transporters, and 100-ton-capacity core-turning tables.
